We are sorry things didn't work out for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your G&G products purchased on our .com website, please read on for our return policy. (If you purchased your product at a Geekandgorgeous site other than the .com one, please read the respective refund policies on those sites.)

You can return an item to us, if:

  • The product is in new, unopened condition and bought within 14 days and you changed your mind about the purchase for whatever reason
  • You tried the product and it did not work out on your skin within 60 days of purchase. The product has to be at least 50% full at the time you return it to us. We cannot take more than 2 bottles of return/product
  • You purchased it from our website, that is, geekandgorgeous.com. (For purchases made at other resellers/websites, please contact them for help.)

Our return process
Please package the items carefully, include a copy of your invoice (please print the invoice you have received from us via email) and ship it to our return address:

If you are outside the EU, please send the package on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, we will not be able to receive packages that require any extra charges/payment to be paid by the receiver (us). If that still happens, we will refuse to receive your package and will not be held responsible for any postal costs paid for the returned goods. Always inform us about the return package in email, including your tracking number!

Please know, we are not able to refund any shipping or other duty/tax cost (shipping cost originally on the package or return shipping cost) and we are able to do the refund only after the goods arrived successfully and undamaged to our return address. We will do the refund via the same means (paypal or credit card) as you did the purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to get processed to show up on your bank account.

We refund the price of the returned product in EUR - if you have your account in a different currency, the refund amount you receive in your currency may differ from the amount of your original payment in your currency, due to different daily exchange rates and possible further fees your bank may apply. We don't take responsibility for such differences.

Don't forget to keep the receipt (or proof of shipping) that you get from the chosen shipping company until the refund is done.
